During beta, you should use non-confidential examples unless you have received written confirmation that the secure uploader and applicable confidentiality controls are active.

Article 8 - Patent and Legal Disclaimer
FigDraft does not provide legal advice, patent advice, patentability opinions, freedom-to-operate opinions, filing strategy, or official patent drawings approved by a patent office.
You are solely responsible for:
- Deciding whether and when to file a patent application
- Determining whether a public disclosure could affect patent rights
- Reviewing all figures, numbers, labels, and exports before use
- Working with qualified patent professionals where appropriate
- Ensuring that any submitted or exported material is accurate
FigDraft outputs are draft materials. They may require human correction, professional review, redrawing, or format changes before use in any filing.
Article 9 - AI and Drafting Accuracy
FigDraft may use AI-assisted or automated processes. These processes can make mistakes, omit details, misread geometry, create incorrect labels, or produce imperfect linework.
You must review, edit, and validate all generated outputs. FigDraft does not guarantee that any output is complete, accurate, patent-compliant, or suitable for filing.
Article 10 - Plans, Pricing, and Payments
FigDraft may offer free previews, one-time export packs, subscriptions, or other paid plans. Prices and included features are shown on the website or at checkout and may change over time.

- Paid exports may include limits on file formats, projects, or figure count
- Payments may be processed by Stripe or another payment provider
- Invoices may be sent by email after successful payment

Unless otherwise stated, prices are displayed in USD. FigDraft is operated by a French sole trader. VAT is not applicable under Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code while the exemption applies.
Article 11 - Refunds and Withdrawal
If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you may have a 14-day right of withdrawal under applicable consumer law. However, where you request immediate access to a digital service or downloadable export, you may be asked to waive that withdrawal right for content already delivered.
